Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 September 2026. Version 1.0.

These terms are a contract between you and HustleGrow AB for the use of BuyerEngineAI, whether at https://buyerengine.hustlegrow.com or on a partner-branded address. Please read them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who we are and how you accept these terms

The service is provided by HustleGrow AB, Hälsjögatan 11, 217 66 Malmö, Sweden. Organisation number 559504-9494. VAT number SE559504949401. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean HustleGrow AB. "You" means the person or business using the service.

You accept these terms in one of three ways: by ticking the agreement box at sign-up (we record the date and the version you accepted); by buying the service through a sales page that links to these terms; or, if we created your account after you bought from us, by logging in for the first time (these terms are linked from the login page). If you use the service without doing any of these, these terms still apply to your use as far as the law allows. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" includes that company.

If you bought from or signed up with a whitelabel partner, your commercial contract (price, refunds and support) is with the partner, not with us. Separately, when you first log in you enter a platform licence with us on sections 7 to 12 and 16 to 23 of these terms. That licence is the contract on which we hold your account data (Privacy Policy section 4).

If your login was created by an agency owner, your contract is with the agency owner, not with us. Your agency owner has agreed with us to make you follow sections 7 to 12, and is responsible to us for your use of the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It is information we must give you by law, not a contract term, except that section 13 makes parts of it binding on us for agency owners. You do not need to agree to it, but you should read it. Where the sign-up box mentions the Privacy Policy, ticking it confirms that you have read it; it is not consent to it.

2. Who can use the service

The service is for business use only. It is not for personal, family or household use.
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must not be barred from using the service under any law that applies to you, and you must not have been suspended or removed by us before.

3. What the service does

BuyerEngineAI is a tool for finding and joining public conversations on Reddit that may be relevant to your product or offer. In plain terms, it does the following.

Finds conversations. You describe your product or offer. The service builds search keywords, searches public Reddit posts, and stores matching posts as "leads". Scans run in the background, either when you start one or on a schedule if you turn on auto-scan.
Scores and drafts with AI. The service sends post text to OpenAI models to score how likely a post is to be a buying opportunity, to draft a reply, and, on some tiers, to draft private messages and follow-ups and to label brand-mention sentiment. See section 10.
Posts through your Reddit account. You can connect your own Reddit account. Reddit's authorisation screen lists the permissions you grant. The connection goes through our authorisation service on our main domain (hustlegrow.com) and then back to the service. Once connected, the service can search Reddit, post comments, send private messages, read your inbox and read your profile on your behalf. The app also asks Reddit for permissions it does not currently use (edit, history, my subreddits, save, subscribe and vote); we intend to drop them. The Privacy Policy lists all permissions.
Auto-reply. If you turn on auto-reply, the service posts replies to new leads without you reviewing each one. Replies are AI-drafted unless you have set custom comments for the product, in which case one of your comments is used. For AI-drafted auto-replies the service also decides on its own whether to include your product link: it adds one, in roughly half of replies, only in a subreddit whose rules our records show explicitly welcome promotion. Everywhere else, including subreddits we have not checked, auto-replies carry no link, and a custom comment that contains a link is not used there. Where the rules we checked say nothing against promotion, and in subreddits we have not checked, roughly half of AI-drafted auto-replies name your product without a link, and a reply to a showcase or sharing thread always does. Where the rules ban self-promotion or allow it only in a promo thread, AI-drafted auto-replies do not name your product, except replies to showcase or sharing threads. You cannot set this per product today. If you need control over links, use custom comments or post replies yourself. Auto-replies are posted from the Reddit identity you selected: your own account, or a pool account after an automated safety check and a short delay (section 8).
Posts through the Trusted Accounts pool. Instead of your own account, you can choose to post through Reddit accounts that we operate. While the pool is selected, scans and searches you run are also performed under a pool account. Section 8 explains how this works.
Direct messages and follow-ups (MAX tier). You can send private messages to Reddit users, run follow-up sequences, and let the service draft replies. The service reads the newest messages in the inbox of the sending account to detect replies. In "autopilot" mode, follow-ups are sent without your review. In "copilot" mode, you approve each one. The pitch setting on the Follow-ups page is off by default. If you turn it on, AI-drafted replies and follow-ups may mention your product and add one link to your offer from the step you choose. This happens only after the person has replied, and only if an AI check judges the offer relevant to the conversation. Conversations you start with Escalate to DM from a lead are the exception: when you have the AI draft a reply to someone who answered you, it may add your link even with the pitch setting off. Follow-ups still follow the pitch setting.
Brand mentions (MAX tier). You can track terms. The service searches Reddit for those terms and also reads the newest comments in the subreddits you target, stores matching posts and comments, and asks an AI model for a sentiment label.
Agency sub-accounts (Agency tier). You can create accounts for your clients, log in as them, and run the service on their behalf. See section 13.
Done For You campaigns (DFY tier). The service plans and runs outreach campaigns for you on your instruction, without a person at our end involved. See section 15.
Optional extras. You can link a Telegram chat to receive notifications and use bot commands. You can check where a Reddit thread ranks on Google for a keyword you type, which sends that keyword to Google and DataForSEO. You can export leads as a CSV file or publish a public web page listing your leads (see section 11).

Features differ by tier. The features included in each tier are those described on the sales page at the time you bought it.

4. Your account and security

Each login is for one person. Do not share your login with anyone. Agency owners manage client access through client sub-accounts, not by sharing their own login.
You must give a working email address. We do not verify it at sign-up, so check it carefully. Password reset links and important notices go to that address.
If you bought through a sales page, we create your account and email your first password to you in readable form. Change it after your first login. You can change your password in User Settings.
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account by you or anyone you let use it, until you tell us it has been compromised. You are not responsible for actions taken by us or, if you are an agency client, by your agency owner using their access. Contact info@hustlegrow.com at once if you think someone else has access.
Our staff can reset your password, adjust your credits and suspend your account for support and security reasons; we close accounts only as section 20 provides. We do not notify you automatically when a password or credit change happens.
You must give us accurate information and keep it accurate. You cannot change your name or email address yourself. Email info@hustlegrow.com if you need this done.
Agency owners are responsible for all activity in their client sub-accounts.
We may refuse, suspend or close an account that we believe is used in breach of these terms.

5. Plans, credits and upgrades

Tiers

The service is sold in tiers: Front End, Unlimited, MAX, Agency, Reseller and DFY. Each tier unlocks the features described on its sales page. Upgrades are linked to the email address of your existing account. Use the same email address when you buy an upgrade, or we may not be able to match it to your account. You can also create an account without buying; it has the Front End credit allowance and features until you buy a tier.

Credits

The Front End tier gives you a monthly allowance of credits. Your balance resets to the allowance the next time you use the service after a month has passed since the last reset. Unused credits do not carry over. Extra credits our staff add to your account are also lost at the reset.
Each scan uses one credit, whether it is a Lead Monitor scan, a scheduled auto-scan or a MAX prospect scrape, and so does each reply you generate for a lead and each AI keyword generation in the prospect tool. Posting a reply to Reddit, auto-replies posted by the scheduler, sending private messages, inbox replies and follow-ups, AI-drafted message text, and Done For You campaigns do not use credits. We may add credit costs to other actions, as set out below.
Some tiers include unlimited credits, as stated on their sales page.
We do not currently sell separate credit packs. If we start to, the sales page will say so.
We may change how many credits an action costs. We will post the change in the service or on the sales page, or email you, before it takes effect where we reasonably can.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money. They do not affect any refund right under section 6.

Prices

Prices may change. A change does not affect a purchase you have already completed.

6. Payment and refunds

The service is sold through JVZoo and, where we offer it, WarriorPlus. The payment platform takes your payment. We never see your card number or bank details.
When the payment platform tells us a sale is complete, we create your account and record the transaction reference. If an account already exists under the email address you used at checkout, we link the purchase to that account instead. If a purchase has not appeared in your account, email support@hustlegrow.com with the transaction reference.
Refunds are handled according to the refund terms shown on the sales page at the time you bought. Send refund requests to support@hustlegrow.com.
If, despite section 2, you buy as a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, you have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason (Swedish Distance Contracts Act, chapter 2). If at checkout you expressly asked for access to start during the withdrawal period, you pay a proportionate amount for the period you had access before withdrawing; if you were not asked, you pay nothing. The right ends only once the service has been fully performed and you expressly asked for it to start and acknowledged that the right would then end. If you were not informed of this right at checkout, the period is extended as the law provides. Refund terms on the sales page do not reduce that right. To withdraw, email info@hustlegrow.com.
If a purchase is refunded, charged back or reversed, access to what that purchase unlocked ends. For the Front End purchase this means your account is deactivated. For an Agency purchase this also deactivates your client sub-accounts.
If you raise a chargeback instead of asking us for a refund, we may close your account and refuse future purchases.
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Whether VAT is included or added is stated on the sales page or at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

7. Acceptable use

You are responsible for everything you post, send or publish through the service, whether you wrote it, chose a template, or let an AI model draft it. You agree to the following.

Follow Reddit's User Agreement, Reddit's Content Policy, and the rules of each subreddit you post in, as regards your content, targets and instructions. Using the Trusted Accounts pool as section 8 allows is not a breach of this rule by you; we bear that risk.
Follow all laws that apply to you, including marketing, spam, consumer protection and data protection laws in your country and in the countries of the people you contact.
Private messages sent through the service are electronic direct marketing. Under section 19 of the Swedish Marketing Act (marknadsföringslagen) and equivalent EU rules you may send unsolicited marketing by electronic message to a natural person only if that person has consented in advance or a legal exception applies. Before you send a private message, run a follow-up sequence, or include private messages in a Done For You campaign, you confirm that you have that consent or that an exception applies, and that you have checked the law of the recipient's country. The service does not check this for you, and we may refuse or stop private message features if we believe this rule is being broken.
Review every AI-drafted reply or message before it is posted. If you turn on auto-reply, autopilot follow-ups or automatic DFY mode, you accept that content will be posted without your review and you remain fully responsible for it.
Disclose affiliate, sponsorship and commercial relationships where the law or Reddit requires it.
Stop contacting a Reddit user who asks you to stop. When someone replies to a message thread saying they are not interested or asking you to stop, the service closes that thread and sends no further follow-ups. Do not open a new thread with that person and do not reply to their posts.
Do not use the service to promote anything illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or adult in nature, or to promote regulated products such as gambling, weapons, drugs, tobacco, prescription medicine, or financial products that require a licence.
Do not use the service to find, score or contact people on the basis of their health (including mental health, medication or addiction), sex life or sexual orientation, ethnic origin, religion, political opinions or trade union membership. Targeting subreddits or keywords devoted to those topics counts as this. We may block subreddits or keywords for this reason.
Do not target subreddits aimed at minors, and do not reply to or message a Reddit user you know or should suspect is under 18. We may block such subreddits.
Do not impersonate any person or organisation, and do not misrepresent who is speaking. The Trusted Accounts pool is not for pretending to be an independent customer.
Do not send the same or near-identical message to many people. Do not message people who have no connection to the conversation you found them in. Do not exceed the daily limits we apply (currently 20 private messages per day per account across new messages, replies and follow-ups; this may change). Do not try to get around Reddit's limits, bans or removals, or the limits we apply. Reddit treats repetitive or off-topic messaging as spam and may suspend the sending account.
Do not scrape, copy or crawl the service, and do not use automated tools to access it other than the features we provide.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source code, prompts or models behind the service, except where the law gives you a right we cannot exclude.
Do not resell, rent or share access to the service unless you hold a Reseller or Agency licence that allows it.
Do not upload malware, probe our systems for weaknesses, or interfere with other users.
Do not create sub-accounts, whitelabel customer accounts or feedback entries in someone else's name without their permission.

We may hold, delay, refuse or remove any action or content that we believe breaks these rules, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where we edit content before it is posted (section 8 review), we are responsible for the changes we make; your responsibility under this section and section 19 covers the content as you submitted it and your instruction to post it.

8. Trusted Accounts pool

The Trusted Accounts pool is a set of aged Reddit accounts that we operate. Some were registered by individuals who have agreed to let us operate them. When you choose to post through the pool, the service picks one of those accounts and posts your comment or message from it. While the pool is selected, your scans and searches also run under a pool account.

Every post and message sent through the pool is sent on your instruction. You are responsible for its content as if you had posted it yourself.
Content posted through the pool is marketing. Every comment or message sent through the pool must make clear that it is marketing and who is behind it: name your product or business in the message. Under section 9 of the Swedish Marketing Act, marketing must be identifiable as marketing and it must be clear who is responsible for it. We may add such a disclosure or require you to add one, and may refuse actions that omit it or that read as an independent user's opinion. You must not use the pool to post reviews, testimonials or recommendations of your own product as if from an unrelated person.
We hold the credentials of the pool accounts. That means we can see everything posted and every private conversation carried out through them, and we may read them to protect the pool, other users, or Reddit users you contact.
The service is designed not to show you which pool account was used (it appears as "BuyerEngineAI Trusted Account") and it rotates between accounts. If you learn a pool account's identity through any route, you must not use, publish or act on it (see the last point in this section). Replies to you are matched to your conversation by the sender's username. If two users of the service are in contact with the same Reddit user through the same pool account, a reply may be held rather than shown.
We record which user made which action through which pool account, in which subreddit, and when. We use this to apply limits and to spot misuse.
We may cap, hold, delay, review, refuse or remove any action sent through the pool. We apply daily limits per pool account and per subreddit, a per-user limit on the Front End tier, and the private-message limit in section 7. These limits may change.
Every comment sent through the pool passes an automated safety check. Comments you send yourself, and auto-replies, are then queued and posted after a random delay of roughly 10 to 30 minutes (this may change). Nobody at our end reads them. Until a queued comment posts, you can cancel it from the Queue page in your dashboard; a cancelled comment is never posted. If a comment you sent yourself fails the check, it is held for our staff to approve, edit or reject; you can cancel a held comment too. If an auto-reply or a Done For You comment fails the check, in either campaign mode, it is dropped without being posted and the lead or action is marked skipped in your dashboard with the reason. Done For You comments that pass the check are posted on their schedule, not through the queue. Separately, a reply you send from the Lead Monitor, from a pool account or from your own Reddit account, that contains a link in a subreddit whose rules our records do not show as welcoming promotion is not posted: it is held for our staff, who can read, edit, approve or reject it, and an approved reply is posted from the account you sent it from. Auto-replies and Done For You comments in the same situation are skipped.
Private messages sent through the pool are checked before sending, not queued. A message you send yourself that fails the check is refused with the reason so you can rewrite it. Autopilot follow-ups and Done For You messages sent through the pool are queued and delivered by a scheduler, spaced out per pool account and subject to the daily cap; one that fails the check is returned to your DM Inbox for you to edit or approve instead of being sent.
We operate the pool at our own risk as regards Reddit's rules on account sharing and manipulation. You are not liable to us for consequences that arise from the pool's existence or operation rather than from your content, targets or instructions.
We may pause, rotate, replace or withdraw any pool account at any time. We may withdraw pool access from you or from everyone at any time. We do so without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached section 7 or this section, or if Reddit or the law requires it. Otherwise we give reasonable notice where we can, and section 21 applies.
We do not promise that the pool will be available, that any pool account will keep working, or that Reddit will not restrict a pool account. Pool accounts are also used to read comments back from Reddit for other users of the service.
You must not try to identify, contact, claim or interfere with a pool account.

9. Reddit and other platforms

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Reddit, Inc. Reddit is a trademark of Reddit, Inc.
The service works by using Reddit's API. Reddit can change, limit or withdraw its API, its policies or its rate limits at any time. If that happens, features of the service may change, stop working or be removed, and we are not liable for that.
Reddit may restrict, shadowban, suspend or close your Reddit account, or remove your content, because of what you post, including what you post through the service. That is between you and Reddit. We are not liable for it and it is not a reason for a refund unless the refund terms on the sales page say otherwise.
When you connect your Reddit account, you confirm that it is yours and that you have the right to let the service act through it. You can disconnect it in the service at any time. Disconnecting revokes our access at Reddit and deletes the stored access tokens, but it does not delete leads, messages or other records already collected. You can also revoke access on Reddit's own settings page.
If you connect another platform yourself, such as Telegram, its terms apply to your use of it, and we are not liable for its decisions, outages or policy changes. Companies that process data for us (for example OpenAI, DataForSEO and our email and hosting providers) are our responsibility under the Privacy Policy. We are liable for them as the law requires, subject to section 18.

10. AI-generated content

Relevance scores, "reason" notes, sentiment labels, keyword suggestions, subreddit suggestions, drafted replies, drafted private messages and follow-ups are generated by OpenAI models. We do not write them and we do not check them for accuracy. Comments and messages sent through the Trusted Accounts pool pass an automated safety check; only comments the check flags on the Lead Monitor reply path are held for a person at our end to approve, edit or reject, and only when you sent them yourself (section 8). Done For You comments that fail the check are skipped, not held. A reply from either account that carries a link where the subreddit has not welcomed promotion is held the same way (section 8). Everything else, including everything else sent from your own Reddit account, is posted without a person at our end reading it.
AI output can be wrong, misleading, out of date, biased or inappropriate. It may misjudge a post, misread a person's intent, or draft something you would not say.
You must review AI output before you post it. You are responsible for anything you post, including AI-drafted content and content posted automatically because you turned on an unattended mode.
Drafted replies, private messages and follow-ups are produced by an AI system we provide. The EU AI Act (Article 50) and other laws may require that a person be told they are interacting with an AI system, or that text is AI-generated or marked as such. The allocation of those duties between us as provider and you as deployer follows the AI Act; nothing here shifts it. Today the service does not add such a disclosure or marking. Until it does, where the law requires one you must add it yourself, in your templates, custom comments and the messages you send. Do not use an unattended mode for messages where a disclosure is required but you cannot add it. If we later add a disclosure or marking to AI-drafted content, you must not remove or obscure it. As the person deploying the system, you must not present AI-drafted messages as written by a human where that would mislead, and you remain responsible for the content you send.
Post text and usernames the service collects from Reddit, your product and offer details (including text our server fetches from the website URL you enter), your templates and keywords, and message history are sent to OpenAI to produce this output. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what is sent.
If the AI service is unavailable, scans store every candidate post with a default score of 60 instead of an AI score. AI drafting stops until the service is back, but custom comments and template follow-ups you have set up continue to be posted. Default-scored posts are not auto-replied.

11. Your content and data

What you own

You own the content you put into the service: your product and offer descriptions, keywords, templates, notes, tags, campaign settings and the messages you write. We do not claim ownership of it.

The licence you give us

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, process, transmit and display your content as needed to run the service for you. This includes sending it to the service providers we use to run the service, such as OpenAI, Reddit and our email provider, and sending it to Reddit when you post. The licence lasts while we hold the content.

Collected Reddit content

Posts, comments, usernames and private messages that the service collects from Reddit belong to their authors and to Reddit under Reddit's terms. You may use them only for the purpose of joining those conversations. This limit also applies to anything you take out of the service through the CSV export, the inbox export or a public share page. You must not use them to build databases or profiles of Reddit users, sell or share them, use them for any other purpose, or use them in ways that break Reddit's terms or the law.

Data protection roles for Reddit users

For the Reddit users the service finds, scores, replies to, messages or lists on a share page, you and we are joint controllers under the GDPR (Article 26).

We are responsible for:

how the software collects, scores, stores and secures their data;
the public privacy notice (Privacy Policy sections 7, 8 and 20);
receiving and answering their requests;
deleting their records when they object;
notifying Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten and, where required, the Reddit users concerned of a personal data breach affecting data held in the service (Articles 33 and 34);
telling you without undue delay, and in any case within 48 hours of becoming aware, of a personal data breach affecting Reddit users found or contacted through your account, with the information you need for your own notification;
keeping the record of processing for the software (Article 30) and carrying out the data protection impact assessment for it (Article 35);
the transfer safeguards for our processors (Privacy Policy section 12).

You are responsible for:

choosing keywords and subreddits;
deciding whether to reply, message or publish a share page;
having a lawful basis for that contact;
anything you add about them;
not contacting a person who has asked you to stop;
closing the thread and telling us if a Reddit user objects to you directly;
telling us within 24 hours if you learn of a breach on your side, including loss of an export.

Once you download a CSV or inbox export, or receive data in Telegram, you alone are controller of that copy. Keep it secure, use it only as this section allows, and delete it when a Reddit user objects or asks either of us to erase them. You must help us promptly if we ask for your help with a request. Each of us answers to the Reddit user for the whole processing, but between us the party responsible for a breach bears the cost. The essence of this arrangement is published in the Privacy Policy.

AI Learning

The service records what happens to comments posted through it (for example, whether a subreddit removed the comment) and uses that, combined across all users, to improve future scans and reply choices. This is on by default. You can turn it off in the Lead Monitor. Turning it off stops new records being collected. Records already collected are kept unless you ask us to delete them (Privacy Policy section 19).

Public share pages

If you use "Export to Web Page" in the Lead Monitor, the service creates a public web page that lists the leads for that product, including each lead's Reddit username, full post text and an AI match score. The page needs no login and has no expiry. It is marked so that search engines should not list it, and its address contains a long random code so it cannot be guessed, but anyone who has the link can open it. A share page is for showing your own team or a client the leads you found. Treat the link as confidential: do not post it publicly, link it from any website, submit it to a search engine or share it outside your business. It is a snapshot, so it does not update when you later delete leads, and there is no button to unpublish it. Email info@hustlegrow.com to have a share page taken down when you no longer need it; we may remove any share page at any time. Do not create a share page unless you accept these limits.

Deleting your content and your account

Inside the service you can delete all leads for a product, clear scraped posts, delete conversations, delete campaigns, deactivate offers, remove tracked terms, and cancel a Trusted Accounts reply that has not yet posted. You cannot delete your Lead Monitor product itself; saving a new one replaces it. Some related records, such as AI Learning records, brand mentions and usage logs, are not removed by these actions. The Privacy Policy lists what is kept.
There is no self-service account deletion, and no export of your account data. The lead and inbox CSV downloads cover only those lists. To close your account, delete your data, or get a copy of your data, email info@hustlegrow.com from your account email address, as the Privacy Policy explains. We do it by hand within 30 days.
When your account is closed, you lose access to everything in it. Content already posted to Reddit stays on Reddit.

Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

12. Our intellectual property

The service, its software, design, text, prompts, databases (including the subreddit database), trademarks and logos belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any of that to you.
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own business for as long as you hold an active account and in line with these terms.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the service, or remove any copyright or trademark notices.
Reddit, OpenAI, Telegram, JVZoo, WarriorPlus and other names used in the service are the trademarks of their owners.

13. Agency accounts

If you hold an Agency licence you can create client sub-accounts up to the limit stated on the sales page. The following applies.

You create each client account yourself, including the client's name, email address and password. The service does not email the client or verify the address. You must have the client's permission before you create an account in their name and before you connect their Reddit account.
You can log in as any of your clients, reset their passwords, suspend them and delete them. The client is not notified when you do this. You must tell your clients that you have this access and get their agreement to it.
Everything done in a client account is done under your licence. You are responsible for it as if you did it yourself, and you must make sure your clients follow these terms.
Your clients get access through you, not through a contract with us. You are responsible for your contract with them, for their billing, and for their support. For the personal data in their accounts, see "Data processing for client accounts" below.
Deleting a client removes their account, leads, stored Reddit tokens, conversations and most related data at once. Email us and we remove the rest within 30 days (see the data processing agreement below). It does not revoke the app on the client's Reddit account; the client should remove it at reddit.com/prefs/apps.
If your Agency purchase is refunded or reversed, all of your client accounts are deactivated.

Data processing for client accounts

Some personal data identifies your client and their account: the name, email address and password you enter, and the client's own settings, notes, tags, templates and campaign settings. For that data you are the controller and we are your processor, and the data processing agreement below applies. For the Reddit users found, scored, replied to or messaged through a client sub-account, section 11 applies: you and we are joint controllers.

We act as controller, not your processor, when we enforce these terms, secure the platform, handle support or billing, or take any admin action on a client account (suspend, delete, reset a password, change credits). We also act as an independent controller for every account for login-security records, AI usage records, Trusted Accounts usage records and AI Learning statistics; the Privacy Policy describes those records. The data processing agreement does not cover any of this.

Subject matter and duration: Reddit lead generation and outreach for the client, for as long as the sub-account exists.
Categories of data subjects: your client, and the Reddit users the client's account collects and contacts to the extent section 11 does not cover them.
We process that data only to provide the features you or the client switch on, as described in these terms and the Privacy Policy. Your instruction on retention is: keep the client's data until you delete the client or your licence ends, then delete it as set out below. These are your documented instructions. If we think an instruction breaks the law, we will tell you.
Persons we authorise to process the data are bound by confidentiality. We keep the data confidential and apply the security measures described in Privacy Policy section 18.
We use the companies marked as processors in Privacy Policy section 11 (today OpenAI, MailerSend, Hostinger and DataForSEO) as sub-processors. We impose the same data protection obligations on each sub-processor and remain liable to you for its performance. We will tell you before we add one, and you may object. If you object to a new sub-processor and we cannot resolve it, you may delete the affected client accounts and we delete their data as set out below.
You instruct us to transfer data to the processors outside the EU and EEA named in Privacy Policy section 11, under the safeguards in Privacy Policy section 12.
We help you answer requests from your clients and their prospects, and tell you without undue delay if we learn of a personal data breach affecting their data. We also assist you, taking into account the nature of the processing, with security, breach notification, data protection impact assessments and prior consultation (GDPR Articles 32 to 36).
When you delete a client, the delete button removes most of their data at once; Privacy Policy section 6 lists what it does not remove. Email info@hustlegrow.com with the client's email address and we delete the rest within 30 days, except records we must keep by law. When your Agency licence ends, your client accounts are deactivated; tell us which client accounts to delete and we delete them within 30 days of your notice. If you want a copy before deletion, ask us in the same 30 days and we send you a machine-readable copy.
We make available the information needed to show that we meet these duties and allow audits on reasonable notice.
You confirm that you have a lawful basis for each client account and that you have informed the client.
For the purposes of this section, Privacy Policy sections 11, 12, 13 and 18 form part of this agreement and bind us contractually.

14. Reseller and whitelabel licences

Reseller

A Reseller licence lets you sell access to the service on the terms stated on the Reseller sales page at the time you bought it. It does not transfer any ownership of the service.
Access for your buyers is conditional on these terms. Where you control the sales page or checkout, you must link these terms and the Privacy Policy from it. You are liable to us for a buyer's breach where you failed to do so.
You are responsible for your buyers, for your own marketing claims, and for following the laws that apply to your sales. You must not make claims about the service that we do not make ourselves.

Whitelabel

Where a whitelabel option is sold, the following also applies.

A whitelabel instance is a re-branded front for the same service, running on our servers and our database. Your customers' accounts live on our platform alongside everyone else's, and your customers can log in on the main platform address as well as on your branded address.
You choose the brand name, logo, colours, support email address and domain. You are responsible for that domain and for the branding you use. Until you change them in your whitelabel settings, your login email address is shown to your customers as the support address in the footer and welcome emails of your branded copy, and the first part of that address is used in your subdomain. Service emails to your customers (welcome and password reset emails) are sent from our email address and under our sender name. Your brand name appears in the subject and body of those emails, but the sender line shows our name, not yours.
If you connect your own JVZoo or WarriorPlus product, the service creates accounts for your buyers automatically and emails each buyer a welcome message that names your brand and contains their login details, sent from our address and sender name as above. You are responsible for your sales, refunds and support for those buyers.
The login page of your branded copy links to these terms and the Privacy Policy under your brand name. You must not remove or hide them, must link them from your own sales page, and must make sure your customers accept these terms and can read the Privacy Policy, for example in your own sales process. You are liable to us if they do not. We remain the operator of the platform. Each of your customers also enters a platform licence with us directly when they first log in, as section 1 explains; you are responsible for their commercial contract with you.
You can suspend or reactivate your customers. You cannot delete them or log in as them. To delete a customer, email info@hustlegrow.com.
If your whitelabel licence is refunded or reversed, your instance is suspended.

Data protection for whitelabel

You are an independent controller for your sales, refund and support relationship with your customers. For that purpose we disclose to you your customers' name, email address, creation date, login count, status, credits, upgrade status and lead count, and which access code they redeemed. You may use that data only for those purposes. You must:

keep it confidential and secure;
give your customers your own privacy notice that names us as the platform operator;
comply with data protection law;
pass on to us within 5 days any request from a customer about data we hold.

We remain controller for the platform data of your customers, on the basis of the platform licence in section 1, and send welcome and password reset emails to them as controller, naming your brand. Section 11 applies between us and each of your customers for the Reddit users they contact; you are not a party to that arrangement. You are responsible for the payment-platform secrets you enter into your whitelabel settings and must tell us at once if they are compromised.

15. Done For You campaigns

If you hold a DFY licence, the service plans and runs Reddit outreach campaigns for you. The following applies.

You create a campaign by choosing an offer, a mode, whether to include private messages, daily limits and a plan length. The service then searches Reddit, scores posts with AI, drafts a comment or message for each target, and schedules them across the plan period, up to a fixed number of actions per campaign.
In "approve first" mode, nothing is posted until you approve it. You can approve all, approve some, or reject individual actions. In automatic mode, actions are posted as scheduled without your review.
Everything posted by a campaign is posted on your instruction and in your name or through the Trusted Accounts pool as you chose. You remain responsible for the content, for following Reddit's rules and the law, and for any consequences to your Reddit account. Sections 7, 8 and 10 apply in full. Do not include private messages in a campaign unless section 7 allows you to send them.
You can pause, resume, cancel, re-plan or delete a campaign at any time. Actions already posted cannot be recalled by us.
We may skip, hold or cancel any campaign action for the reasons set out in sections 7 and 8, or if your DFY purchase is refunded.
DFY is a tool that we operate on your instruction. It is not an advertising agency service, and we do not promise any outcome.

16. No guarantees

We do not promise any results. In particular, we do not promise:

that scans will find relevant conversations, or that scores will be accurate;
any amount of traffic, leads, sales, income, rankings or replies;
that your Reddit account, a pool account or any content will not be restricted, removed, shadowbanned or suspended by Reddit or a subreddit;
that the service will be available at any given time, or that background jobs will run at a given time;
that AI output will be correct, safe or suitable.

The sales page for what you bought forms part of this agreement only for the features included, the price and the refund terms. Figures, testimonials or examples of results on a sales page are illustrations, not promises. This does not limit any right you have under marketing law if a sales page misleads you. Your results depend on your offer, your content, the subreddits you choose, Reddit's decisions and many other things outside our control.

17. What we promise about the service

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill and substantially as described in section 3. Apart from that we give no warranty about the service, its results or its availability. If the service does not work substantially as described, your remedy is that we fix it within a reasonable time or, if we cannot, refund the part of the price that corresponds to the part of the service we did not provide. This is in addition to any right the refund terms on the sales page give you. If, despite section 2, you are a consumer, this section applies only to the extent mandatory consumer law allows, and nothing in it limits your statutory rights if the service does not conform to the contract.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or opportunity, however it arises, even if we were told it was possible. We are liable for loss of your content stored in the service only if it is caused by our negligence, and then within the cap below.
We are not liable for any action taken by Reddit or any other platform against you, your accounts or your content, for the independent decisions of platforms you connect (such as Reddit or Telegram), or for content generated by AI models, except where caused by our negligence.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or connected with the service or these terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is capped. The cap is the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) the price you paid for the licence you hold at that time.
The cap in this section does not apply to (a) the allocation between us of compensation paid to a Reddit user or other data subject under GDPR Article 82, which follows section 11; (b) any claim you have as a data subject under Article 82; or (c) our obligations under the data processing agreement in section 13 to the extent the GDPR does not allow them to be limited.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
If, despite section 2, you are a consumer, this section applies only to the extent mandatory consumer law allows, and nothing in it limits your statutory rights if the service does not conform to the contract.

19. Your responsibility for misuse

You will compensate us for losses, third-party claims and reasonable legal costs that arise from any of the following:

your breach of these terms;
your content, or anything posted or sent through your account or on your instruction;
the content, targets and instructions of actions you send through the Trusted Accounts pool;
your clients or buyers, if you are an agency, reseller or whitelabel owner;
your breach of any law or of Reddit's terms, except a breach of Reddit's terms that consists only of using the Trusted Accounts pool as section 8 allows.

This does not cover fines or penalties imposed on us for our own infringement, or the share of any data-subject compensation that section 11 allocates to us. Your liability under this section covers loss caused by your breach and is otherwise subject to the same cap as ours in section 18. We will tell you about any such claim and let you take part in the defence.

20. Suspension and termination

By us

We may suspend or close your account, hold or remove content, or restrict features in these cases: we reasonably believe you have materially breached these terms; a payment is refunded or reversed; the law or Reddit requires it; or your use puts the service, the pool or other users at risk. Where the breach can be put right and does not endanger others, we will tell you and give you a reasonable time to fix it first.
We may also stop offering the service or any part of it. If we stop offering the service, or remove or materially reduce a feature listed on your sales page, for a reason other than your breach, a change by Reddit, OpenAI or another provider, or a legal requirement, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund the part of the price that corresponds to the part of what you bought that we no longer provide, or offer an equivalent feature, at our choice.

By you

You may stop using the service at any time. To close your account, email info@hustlegrow.com (see section 11).

Effect

When your account is closed or suspended, your right to use the service ends and you lose access to your content in it. What happens to your data after closure is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Sections 7, 8 (restrictions on pool accounts), 10, 11, 12, 13 (data processing agreement), 14 (your obligations for buyers and customers), 17, 18, 19, 22 and any other term that by its nature should continue will survive the end of these terms.

21. Changes to the service and these terms

The service will change over time. We may add, change or remove features, limits, credit costs and integrations. If we remove or materially reduce a feature listed on the sales page for your tier, and the reason is not a change by Reddit, OpenAI or another provider or a legal requirement, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, in the service, on the sales page or by email, and the remedy in section 20 applies.
We may change these terms. If a change is significant, we will post the new version at https://buyerengine.hustlegrow.com/terms.php with a new version number and date and tell you in the service, on the sales page or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that date, you accept the new terms. If you object before that date, you may close your account (see section 11), and we refund the part of the price that corresponds to the part of what you bought that you have not yet received.

22. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any non-contractual dispute arising out of them or out of the service, are governed by the laws of Sweden.
Any dispute that we cannot settle between us will be decided exclusively by the Swedish courts, with Malmö District Court (Malmö tingsrätt) as the court of first instance, except as the next point provides for consumers.
If, despite section 2, you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement. You may also bring a claim in the courts of your own country.
Before starting a claim, please contact us. Most problems can be solved by email.
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest continues to apply. If we do not act on a breach, that does not mean we waive our rights. These terms, the sales page for what you bought and, if you are an agency owner, the parts of the Privacy Policy that section 13 incorporates, are the whole agreement between us about the service.
